1. What 3NDING is
3NDING is a small, independently run archive for reading books in the browser. There's no account system beyond your own device — your reading progress, settings, and favorites are stored locally in your browser and never sent to a server.
2. Using the archive
You're welcome to read, browse, and share links to 3NDING freely. In using it, please don't:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or scrape the site at a scale that affects other readers
- Use the archive to distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to its infrastructure
- Misrepresent your use of the site or impersonate its operator
3. The books themselves
Titles on 3NDING are included in good faith as public-domain works / properly licensed works. If you believe a work has been included in error or without proper rights, please get in touch ↗ and it will be reviewed and removed if warranted.
4. No warranty
3NDING is provided "as is," maintained on a best-effort basis by one person in their spare time. Titles, features, and availability may change or disappear without notice. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every book will always be readable.
5. Supporting the archive
Donations made through the support page ↗ are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. They help cover hosting and upkeep — they don't unlock paid features or create an account relationship.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3NDING and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated occasionally as the archive grows. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms can go to the address on the about & contact page ↗.
